Search crates

Searches or lists crates with sorting and filters. Page and seek are mutually exclusive; relevance sorting exposes up to 1,000 results.

`sort`	`string`	Sort order. Defaults to relevance with q, alphabetical otherwise. `"alphabetical""relevance""downloads""recent-downloads""recent-updates""new"`
`category`	`string`	Filter by category slug, including subcategories.
`keyword`	`string`	Filter by one keyword.
`all_keywords`	`string`	Space-separated keywords that must all match.
`user_id`	`integer`	Filter by crates.io owner user ID. Minimum: 1
`team_id`	`integer`	Filter by crates.io owner team ID. Minimum: 1
`include_yanked`	`string`	Whether to include yanked crates. `"yes""no"`
`per_page`	`integer`	Results per page, up to 100. Default:`10` Minimum: 1Maximum: 100
`page`	`integer`	The page number, mutually exclusive with seek. Default:`1` Minimum: 1
`seek`	`string`	An opaque cursor from meta.next_page. Do not combine with page.
